Mitochondrial Vertigo

Experiment Without Hypothesis

Filed under: Uncategorized — Kevin von Duuglas-Ittu @ 11:25 pm

Mitochondria Vertigo is going to be an experiment, perhaps even a brief one, come because a few people have bemourned the finish of my recent blog experiment Frame /sing. Frame /sing took a lot of my time, and seemed to swirl around the academic passion I have for argument and rich world delineation. The best parts of it were that it gave the space for me to articulate (to myself and others) my Spinozism, with the happenstance of some truly ground-breaking research – Spinoza on Optics – as part of the bargain. This though hopes to be a different space, and threatens from the beginning to be still-born. There will be less graphics, less articulation, less grand scale analysis, and I’m not sure what will be left. Perhaps small plants that grow at the margins, or an algae-bloom that threatens to cover that waters in one great undifferentiated mat of life.

  1. Am glad to see you back in the blogosphere, as my own first steps in there missed you by about a month.
